Linkfly Insights provides you with statistics on the performance of your links. In this section, you can view various data related to your links, including Links, Socials, Sources, Devices, Systems, and Locations. You can also track the number of times your QR code has been scanned.

Overview

The overview gives you a snapshot of your Linkfly performance, including metrics such as users, clicks, visits, and CTR (Click-Through Rate).

💡Users: The number of individual people who have visited this link / links on this board at least once.

💡Visits: is the number of times the link has been visited by actual people. Repeated visits are counted. For example, if 1 visitor lands on your Linkfly once, that is counted as 1 visit. If that visitor visits your link another 3 times, that is another 3 visits which now equals 4 visits.

💡Clicks: A click is when a visitor clicks on one of your links. Repeated hits are counted.

💡CTR is an abbreviation for Click-Through Rate, representing the frequency at which users click on a link within a certain timeframe. A higher CTR typically indicates that users are more interested in the link, while a lower CTR may suggest a need to reconsider the content or positioning of the link.

Links

Use this overview to see which links your click-throughs went to.

Socials

"Social" typically refers to the number of times social interactions are viewed within the link. This data provides insights into user engagement with the social media channels provided in the link. Social icons are often used to guide users to visit your accounts on other social media platforms, so an increase in social interactions may reflect users' interest in engaging with your content on other platforms.

Sources

The Traffic Sources section categorizes your link traffic as "direct" traffic, "referring" traffic, or "search engine" traffic. This section will give you an overview of the distribution of your traffic sources for your links.

Devices

"Device" refers to the type of device users are using, including Mobile, Desktop, and Tablet. By analyzing device data, you can understand the primary device types your visitors use, helping optimize links and content to accommodate different screen sizes and browsing habits across devices.

Systems

"System" typically refers to the operating system that users are using. By analyzing system data, you can understand the primary types of operating systems your visitors are using. This understanding can guide you in optimizing links and ensuring that content performs well across different operating systems.

Locations

"Locations" typically refer to the geographic location or region of users accessing the link, including their city or country. By analyzing location data, you can understand where your audience is distributed globally.
